It runs on 4 type D alkaline batteries (which provide 35,000 dispenses), or can be plugged into an adapter.
The dispenser is supplied with a tumbler lock to reduce theft and vandalism. In addition, paper is loaded from the front for easy access.

- F-109-70-S: Type 304 stainless steel, #4 finish
